NOVEMBER 10-12, 2017
Attendee Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply to ALL attendees of PentaCon. There may be additional rules specific to judges or to dealers under their respective menus.

PASSES All attendees of the convention will be issued a non-refundable convention Pass (badge). The pass must be visibly displayed at all times while at the convention. Lost passes must be replaced at full entrance cost.
Stealing, cheating, law breaking, obscene language, or a failure to conduct oneself in a reasonably proper manner will be grounds for immediate removal from the convention, without a refund.
ALCOHOL Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the convention.
Due to city ordinance, PentaCon is a non-smoking convention. City ordinance states that smokers must be outside and at least 20 feet away from the doors of the Grand Wayne Center.
E-CIGARETTES The convention center classes these as above, so users must remain outside the Grand Wayne Center.
CHILDREN PentaCon warmly welcomes children under the age of 18 to the convention. However, parents are responsible for supervision of their children at all times. NIGA and the PentaCon staff are in no way responsible for children left unattended at the convention.
The use of audio equipment to enhance gameplay at your table is encouraged. However, volume must be kept to a level that does not interfere with any other attendee's enjoyment of the convention. The PentaCon staff has sole judgement as to the appropriate use of this type of equipment. The use of radios, etc. when not actively involved in a game is not allowed, other than privately with the use of headphones.
